Ozone Depletion

Each year a large area of low ozone concentration or "ozone hole" grows over Antarctica. This hole covers the whole continent and is at its largest in September. 2008 saw the longest lasting hole on record, which remained until the end of December.  The hole was detected by scientists in 1987 and has tended to increase over the years of observation. The ozone hole is attributed to the emission of chlorofluorcarbons or CFCs into the atmosphere, which decomposes the ozone into other gases.
Some scientific studies suggest that ozone depletion may have a dominant role in the recent climate changes in Antarctica. Ozone absorbs large amounts of ultraviolet radiation in the stratosphere. Ozone depletion over Antarctica can cause a cooling of around 6 °C in the local stratosphere. This cooling has the effect of intensifying the westerly winds which flow around the continent and prevents outflow of the cold air near the South Pole. As a result, the continental mass of the East Antarctic ice sheet is held at lower temperatures, and the peripheral areas of Antarctica, especially the Antarctic Peninsula, are subject to higher temperatures, which promote accelerated melting. Recent models also suggest that the ozone depletion/enhanced polar vortex effect also accounts for the recent increase in sea-ice just offshore of the continent.

Eco-museum

This topic is about a museum in San Francisco, USA, says the eco-museum as it has grass on the roof of the entire museum, it also has plants inside and one part of it is a small tropical forest that is atered by automatic sprinklers where they always keep the moisture out the museum also prevents fatque and heat the keep the museum at room environment, this windows are handled by computers that adapted to the type of weather thet is outside the museum, another important thing is that very  few parts of the museum contain air conditioned, ceiling waters every day and is stable due to the amount of vegetation that is, the museum also has an aquarium inside with a glass that has the ability to support thousands of liters of water with different species of fish, sharks and also coral reefs.

Japan Ecology

We have to learn something about Japan. Japan don’t have trash cans in the streets because it ecology sais that everyone have to take care of their own garbage so if I throw a garbage in the street it is illegal.   if I took a pace of paper or something relacionated with grabage, I have to wait until my house to throw it and I have to classify it depending on the plastic, aluminum or glass. Japan has also incinerators to burn all the garbage left out steam instead of smoke.

The Eco Car!!!

The electric cars are one option to make the world cleaner but we are not very sure that these cars are the best option to the ecology of the world. Some scientists are trying to do the fossil fuel. Also the ecologic car has advantages, one of this ones are that use electricity and not fuel, some of these uses fuel but is an organic fuel make from plants and earth.

Eolic Energy

Wind Energy

Wind power is the best energy option we have, because it uses arenewable resource and does not generate too many expensesand it is very easy to assemble and to control that use a control booth where mantien records of each turbine. These turbines are 30 meters high and each turbine has three blades 21 meters long each one.
